Shipping
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days, (unless stated otherwise in the listing) and through the french post office for both domestic and international shipments.
An email with tracking informations will be sent to you once your package has been shipped. This number can be entered into your local post office website once it has been cleared from customs and has arrived in your country. Feel free to message me with any question or issue with the tracking informations though.
International
For international orders, please be mindful of your own country's customs regulations, as i cannot and will not be held responsible for any taxes, fees, loss or damage resulting from your package's processing through that system. Please keep in mind that international mail may be held for up to 4 weeks in customs. Depending on the laws & regulations of your country of residence, you might have to pay additional customs fees or taxes in order to you receive your package. Also please be patient and understanding as international packages may take several weeks to arrive. Again, this is totally beyond my control.
August 2025 Update: Following the United States decision to end the duty-free (de minimis) exemption for most imports, all shipments from Europe to the U.S. may incur tariffs, duties, or customs fees.
Tariffs can range from ad valorem rates (percentage of the product’s value) to fixed per-item fees (estimated between USD $80–$200 per item, depending on category and origin).
By default, tariffs and customs fees are the responsibility of the U.S. customer (importer). These fees are charged by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and collected by the delivery courier at the time of delivery. We do not have control over these charges, and they are not included in your checkout total.
Starting August 29th 2025, all orders to the US will be shipped through Chronopost.
Lost or damaged packages
In the case of a lost package, please reach out to me via email so we can do the appropriate researchs and/or insurance claims. I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages after they have been shipped but will always try my very best to figure out a solution with you and the shipping services concerned.
Returned packages
If a package is returned to me because the buyer provided the wrong address or has not claimed a package after the delivery attempt, a refund will not be issued. The buyer must repay the shipping costs before the item can be shipped again.
Returns

I will always try to find a solution to the situation any way I can but due to the one of a kind nature of this work, I cannot accept returns or make exchanges. Please make sure to read product descriptions, dimensions, and shipping policies carefully before completing your purchase.
